Vermont Grass-Fed Beef
We have been raising natural, grass fed cattle for more than 3 generations. Our herd free-grazes on 160 acres of pasture land and are finished off on the lush third-growth hay in our meadows through November. During the winter months our stock continue to be fed the farm's naturally grown hay. We are proudly committed to developing healthy and hearty cattle without the use of hormones or antibiotics. In addition, no commercial fertilizers are used. Our thoughtful care of the herd ensures that our beef is higher in protein, leaner, and healthier for you than industrial produced beef. We offer select cuts of our fresh frozen, naturally-raised beef. A limited supply of cuts are usually in stock for customers to be purchased here at the farm. In addition, our quality Vermont beef may also be purchased locally at the newly renovated Pierce's Store located here in Shrewsbury.
